When you replace the drum unit with a new one, you must reset the drum counter by completing the following steps:
- Make sure the machine is turned on.
- Press. (Settings) > All Settings > Machine Info. > Parts Life.
- Press and hold Drum Life until the machine’s display message changes.
- Press Yes.
- Press (Home).
